The beautiful Southern Theatre played host to a fantastic Tuesday evening, as Todd returned to Columbus for an unforgettable two set performance.
The evening began with Greencastle Blues, Is This Thing Working and Too Soon To Tell followed by 18 Minutes Intro, and Happy New Year. D.B. Cooper, Sunshine and Beer Run> Age Like Wine closed out the first set. The second set was packed full of requests and stories before Elvis took to the microphone for the encore.

After dropping The Burnouts off on the side of the road, the first solo performance of the 2013 Spring Tour was one for the ages.
The show began with Is This Thing Working, Greencastle Blues, and a new story about meeting Elvis that led into In Between Jobs. Following Long Year and Iron Mike, the Mushroom Football Story made an appearance in the middle of the set. Requests included Beer Run, Tension and Alright Guy, while the night closed with Sideshow Blues and a dedication to everyone driving home.

This new live bootleg CD is the first installment of a new annual live series entitled Happy New Year (Vol. 1). It’s a highlight reel from various performances in 2012. There will only be 1000 CDs for sale on-line exclusively from the Todd Snider Webstore and 1000 CDs for sale at the upcoming shows. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Tulsa’s infoumous Cain’s Ballroom played host to this Wednesday night party, as tonight’s show featured a couple special guests sitting in.
Todd took the stage with Amanda for Can’t Complain, Is This Thing Working and Happy New Year, before Jason Isbell came out for Too Soon To Tell and the remainder of the show. After several years since playing in Kansas City, Todd took the Knucklehead’s outdoor stage with Amanda Shires on fiddle, following a fantastic opening set.

On Monday Night the 2012 Stoner Fables Tour rolled through Fayetteville, AR with a stop at everyone’s favorite venue, George’s Majestic Lounge.

With a return trip to Juanita’s in Little Rock, Amanda Shires delivered a great opening set before joining Todd for the rest of the evening.
Tonight’s show opened with Is This Thing Working, Tension and Statistician’s Blues, before Todd squeezed a request for Vinyl Records in the middle of Can’t Complain. This unique setlist also featured Looking For A Job, Just Like Old Times and the Kristofferson classic, One For The Money. After the set closed with Easy Money and Big Finish, Todd switched to electric for Iron Mike, Good News Blues, and House Of The Rising Sun.

A beautiful Saturday in the Park, you’d think it was the 4th of July. People dancing, people laughing, a man selling Guacamole and Todd sitting in on electric for part of Amanda’s show.
The final set of the festival began with with Statistician’s Blues, Just Like Old Times and Can’t Complain before the 18 Minutes Intro. This unique setlist saw Ballad Of The Devil’s Backbone Tavern lead into the Aaron Allen Story, Too Soon To Tell, and several requests. Friday night in Huntville brought out a special guest, as Jason Isbell joined Amanda Shires and Todd for most of their sets.
Can’t Complain, Stuck On Corner and East Nashville Skyline started things off, before Jason and Amanda joined Todd for In The Beginning, West Nashville Grand Ballroom Gown and In Between Jobs. Rose City, Happy New Year and Too Soon To Tell kicked things off, before resounding versions of Greencastle Blues and Statistician’s Blues. Carla and The Very Last Time came before crowd favorites, Tension and Ballad Of The Devil’s Backbone Tavern. This fantastic set closed with a Stuck On The Corner singalong, Beer Run and Age Like Wine. Amazing energy filled The Jewish Mother on Friday night, for an unforgettable solo performance out on Virginia Beach.

Following a great opening set from Ashleigh Flynn, Todd took the stage to another wonderful crowd at Chicago’s new City Winery.
Tonight’s setlist was completely different, beginning with Can’t Complain, Greencastle Blues and introducing new tune New York Banker. Rarely played Long Year, was followed by Carla and The Very Last Time. Other highlights included Tension, Beer Run and Stuck On The Corner. The night closed with two classic Jerry Jeff Walker tunes, as an extended story lead into Sideshow Blues and Play A Train Song for the encore.

Todd opened the shows with Nancy Griffith’s classic Love At The Five And Dime, Too Soon To Tell and In The Beginning.
