Seattle’s fantastic Woodland Park Zoo welcomed Todd’s traveling What the Folk Festival with welcome arms, as an amazing evening was had by everyone. Many thanks to Sarah Jarosz, Hayes Carll and Shawn Mullins for being a part of a great evening of music.

Todd opened with the local classic D.B. Cooper, which lead into a very fitting version of Tension> The Times They Are A-changing. Several other local stories and tunes closed out the set, as the band returned to the sage and left it all out for an unforgettable version’s of Hey Hey, My My.

The Traveling folk Festival made it way to Todd’s hometown Portland, many special guests included Shawn Mullins, Hayes Carll and Sarah Jarsoz.

Todd opened with the local classic D.B. Cooper, and played a set full of fan and local favorites. Following the epic local story of coach Bower, the night ends with an electric version of Hey hey My My.

Returning to hometown Portland, Todd welcomed the crowd to the Aladdin Theater before the Burnouts opened with Ballad Of The Kingsmen and In The Beginning.

Following the 18 Minutes Intro and the Aaron Allen Story, Todd remained on acoustic for Greencastle Blues, Too Soon To Tell and Precious Little Miracles. The electric guitar made an appearance for several tunes including Easy Money, Mission Accomplished, and Rose City. After closing the set with a Jerry Jeff Walker story and Mr. Bojangles, the band returned to the stage for Big Finish and Louie Louie.

Night two started off with a bang and didn’t let up until the Burnout’s last note of the evening.

Mission Accomplished and Too Soon To Tell lead into The Aaron Allen Story, while The Very Last Time, Statistician’s Blues and West Nashville Ballroom Gown were all on acoustic guitar. Todd returned to electric for the remainder of the set that featured Incarcerated, Beer Run> You Get a Line I Get A Pole, Digger Dave’s Crazy Woman Blues, and Alcohol And Pills. The 2012 Spring Fables Tour kicked off with a two night stand at the infamous John Ascuaga’s Nugget in Sparks (aka Reno), NV.

Final show of the 2012 Left Coast Tour on Saturday was a marathon rocker, that included Molly Thomas on fiddle for the entire evening.
